A recipe to fall for this season: Buffalo Chicken Dip

Whether you’re partaking in football Sunday, just having friends over, or want a simple meal for yourself (hello girl dinner), this Buffalo Chicken Dip is a hit.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:

2 rotisserie chicken breasts

6 oz. light cream cheese

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Colby cheese

1 cup shredded fiesta cheese blend

6 oz. Texas Pete hot sauce

Black pepper, garlic powder + parsley

Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Shred chicken breasts (can be at room temp, hot, or cold) and add to deep baking dish. Make sure cream cheese is room temp + add to chicken. Add in all cheeses, seasonings, and hot sauce. Mix to combine. Bake for about 30 minutes.

Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies.
