Midyear check-in: Add these 8 goals to your list 

We're just about half way through 2024, but the year still has so much potential.

Here are realistic goals to work on accomplishing before the year is up. 

  1. Take up a new hobby or learn a new skill

  2. Chip away at your TBR (to be read) list by reading more books

  3. Join a new workout class, set a fitness milestone, or develop a consistent exercise routine. 

  4. Expand your network by attending industry events and connecting with your peers

  5. Create or revise your budget

  6. Set aside quality time for family and friends

  7. Set goals for healthier eating habits (ie; incorporating more fruits, vegetables, or protein into your diet)

  8. Add mindfulness practices, start therapy, or develop stress-management strategies
