Natural Cycles, the first FDA-cleared birth control app, just launched a new mode specifically tailored to postpartum women.

NC° Postpartum guides you through the physical and mental recovery of childbirth, providing resources tailored to help support your overall health and well-being during this crucial transitional phase.


While taking your temperature is not required in the postpartum mode, measuring is encouraged as it helps our algorithm detect when your fertility returns so you can feel prepared and in control.
