Smoothies are a great way to add extra nutrients to your diet. Here are some of my favorite things to add to my smoothies.

Chia Seeds - Chia seeds are another antioxidant packed with a lot of nutrition. It is rich in fiber, protein and magnesium. It may also reduce chronic inflammation and lower your risk for heart disease.
