Fruits, fruit juice, and infused water: Apple, lemon, kiwi, melons, orange, pear, pineapple, and tangerines
Veggies: Cucumbers, tomatoes, celery, raw salads
Drinks: Green, fennel or black tea, hibiscus water or tea, cacao
Additional foods: Yogurt, seafood (especially mussels and oysters)
