How often should you see a dentist each year?

Most people should visit their dentist twice a year. However, depending on their oral health needs, they may need to have care more frequently. 

What are some benefits to keeping up with your dentist appointments?

Keeping up with dental appointments is important to maintain a healthy mouth and thus preventing unnecessary emergencies that may arise. Prevention is key.

How does oral hygiene impact whole body health?

Oral Hygiene impacts your overall health in several ways. Stroke, heart disease, Osteopenia, Diabetes, and prenatal issues have been seen to be impacted due to oral hygiene.

Do you have any advice for those that feel nervous about visiting the dentist?

We are human just like you. We have all been in the dental chair at our office so we can see things the way you do. We want you to be excited to come to the dentist, rather than experience nervousness. We will actively listen to your concerns and take special note of your specific needs.

In addition, we want our patients to feel special as they reach their dental goals. The goal of our office is to create a fun, professional, family-like atmosphere.
